File Submission, Uploading, and Formatting Guidelines

UPLOADING FILES

• To upload your files, please call us at
  (831) 647-8100 for:
  • EMAIL: small files, typically under 10MB (according to your provider’s current limit)
  • FTP address: larger files,
    or groups of files
  • DROPBOX location

FORMATTING SPECIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES:

• Accepted File Formats: .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, and .PDF.
• Please make your artwork in the exact size that you are ordering. No bleed, no crop marks.
• All fonts must be outlined.
• If using Photoshop, please provide a flattened file only.
• We strongly recommend using 250 – 300 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size, or 1/4 scale at 1200 dpi.
• Please provide list of all fonts used.
• If file was created using Word or Publish, export or “Save As” a .pdf.
• Feel free to contact us with any questions.

FTP INSTRUCTIONS

• You will need an FTP program to upload files, such as the following:
  • Fetch for Mac
  • FileZilla for PC
